On December 9, 2023, the Commission published a notice of proposed rulemaking in the DC Register for public comment. The proposed amendments are related to notices to vacate, evictions and retaliatorily actions. All comments on the proposed rules must be submitted writing, to the Commission, by January 27, 2023.
