The RHC became an independent agency on October 1, 2019. As the RHC works to acquire an integrated case management system, the public can access case-related materials from 2019 to present via the following Google Drive link:RHC Public Files - Google Drive
The Google Drive contains RHC decisions, orders, audio recordings (hearings and votes on decisions), and an archive of hearing notices. The Google Drive does not contain a comprehensive collection of RHC case-related materials, as explained below:
- 2021 to Present: The Google Drive contains all the RHC’s decisions, orders, hearing notices, and audio recordings of hearings and votes on decisions for this period.
- 2019 to 2020: The Google Drive contains all the RHC’s decisions, orders, and hearing notices for this period. It does not contain audio recordings. The RHC’s public meetings prior to September 2020 were recorded in a proprietary format.

- 2018 and Earlier: The Google Drive does not contain any information from before 2019 - the RHC became an independent agency.
