In consideration of the mutual consent of the parties to the requested extensions and the lack of any apparent prejudice that would result from the extensions, the Commission grants the housing providers’ motion as to both their time to file an opposition and the tenant’s time to file a reply. Consequently: 

• Tenant Wassem may file a motion for reconsideration of the Commission’s March 7, 2023, decision no later than March 28, 2023; 
• The housing providers may file an opposition to (or tenant Mazzer may file any response to) a motion for reconsideration by tenant Wassem no later than April 20, 2023; and 
• Tenant Wassem (or tenant Mazzer) may file a reply to the housing providers’ opposition by no later than May 8, 2023.
