The Rental Housing Commission (Commission) has scheduled for hearing the cross appeals filed by the Housing Provider/Appellant/Cross-appellee and Tenants/Appellees/Cross-appellants on remand from the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, following two orders by the Rent Administrator in 2004 and 2007 and two decisions on appeal by the Commission in 2006 and 2015, respectively. The Commission will hold the public hearing on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, 11 am to 12 pm, The hearing will be held virtually using WebEx.
