NOTICE OF SCHEDULED MEETING--Vote to adopt “Proposed Rules: Eviction and Screening”

The Rental Housing Commission (“Commission”) has scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, November 19, 2023, 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The Commission will vote to adopt the following:
- Proposed Rules: Eviction and Screening
The Commission will not seek public comment at this time. Upon approval by a majority of the Commission, the proposed, written rules will be published and available in the District of Columbia Register, through the Office of Documents and Administrative Issuance’s website, and on the Commission’s website.
