Effective December 31, 2021, two major changes to District’s rental housing laws will occur:
Statute and Regulations The Rental Housing Act of 1985 and implementing regulations provide the framework for the Rental Housing Commission. |
Decisions and Orders The RHC plans enhance electronic access to its Final Orders. |
Rent Adjustments The Rental Housing Commission has several duties related to enforcing the Rental Housing Act. |
