The Commission voted to adopt final rules associated with the Rental Housing Act of 1985.  This vote to adopt final rules amends all of the implementing rules under the Rental Housing Act of 1985 found in Title 14 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations, Chapters 38 through 44.  The final rules can be viewed here.
